Job Basket may restrict or terminate access in cases of misuse.

The entity providing a listing is responsible for its accuracy and legality. Job Basket may review, restrict, suspend, edit or remove listings where appropriate.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, the following are prohibited:

• Scrapers
• Automated scripts

Normal search-engine crawling is permitted where consistent with Job Basket's published robots and technical policies.

Job Basket and/or its licensors own or control rights in:

• Brand
• Logo
• Interface
• Software
• Functionality
• Original content
• Graphics
• Designs
• Databases
• Features
• Proprietary technology

You may not commercially exploit protected content without permission.

You retain applicable ownership rights in the content you submit. You grant Job Basket a limited permission to:

• Store
• Host
• Process
• Display
• Analyze
• Format
• Transmit
• Use

such content as reasonably required to provide Platform services.

Your use of Job Basket is also governed by the Job Basket Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, processed, used, stored, shared and protected.

Job Basket may integrate with:

• Hosting providers
• Analytics providers
• Payment processors
• External employer websites
• Job boards

Independent third parties may have their own policies and terms.

External links do not automatically mean Job Basket:

• Endorses the third party
• Controls the third party
• Guarantees its content
• Guarantees its services

Some services may be free and others may be paid. Where payment applies:

• Security threats
• Platform misuse

You may request account closure. Some records may be retained for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Application history
• Disputes
• Financial records
• Enforcement of agreements

Retention is subject to the Job Basket Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. Job Basket cannot guarantee that:

• Every listing is error-free
• Every employer responds
• Every candidate receives opportunities
• Every recommendation is accurate
• Every third party behaves appropriately
• Every feature remains continuously available

To the extent permitted by law, Job Basket's liability is limited in relation to matters such as:

• Recruitment decisions
• Failure to obtain employment
• Employer conduct
• Candidate conduct
• Third-party job listings
• Third-party services
• Unauthorized third-party communication
• Temporary outages
• User misuse

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Recruiters should independently verify candidate

Subject to applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Job Basket harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your unlawful use of the Platform or a material violation of these Terms, including matters such as:

• Fraud
• Intellectual-property violations
• Unauthorized candidate-data use
• Misrepresentation
• Illegal job postings

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory legal rights that may apply.

We encourage you to first contact Job Basket to resolve any dispute directly. Subject to applicable law, disputes will fall under the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Blogic Software Technology Pvt. Ltd.

These Terms may be revised due to:

• New services
• Product changes
• Technology changes
• Legal developments
• Regulatory requirements
• Operational changes

The latest "Last Updated" date shown at the top will reflect the most recent revision.

If one provision becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce one provision does not automatically waive Job Basket's right to enforce it later.
